Hire the crew! Working in rotation is very popular for visiting workers. We find the team you need somewhere in Europe. If you have a protocol with a union representative and a tariff in one of the large unions, it is entirely possible to hire. We are tariffed and apply for our own shift arrangements and have a high percentage of vocational certificates.
